The Nijmegen Four Days Marches can only exist by all heroes. Runners, caretakers, organizers. Because in our opinion a medal is not only meant for the walker, but for everyone who is committed.

You are my hero because:

• I can always stay with you.
• You still dare to touch my feet.
• You make breakfast in the middle of the night.
• You walked this tour so many times.
• Only you make me walk through.
• there are no words for it, except that you just have to earn a cross.

These are just a few reasons why someone deserves a cross. Whatever you did for me, one thing is certain:
