Previously it was common to eat crustaceans and shellfish with a pin or needle from the sewing box. In response, Anovi has developed a nice set of scale and shellfishers. The pricks are a pure pewter product and traditionally molded at De Tinnen Roos.
The skewers should not be rinsed in the dishwasher with hot water after use.
The scale and shellfish prickers are offered in three different sizes per six pieces in a black luxury box with a certificate of authenticity.
To be used for, among other things, whelks, snails, cockles, winkles, crab and lobster. Or of course just in a piece of fish!
